Call and Schedule
Call us for Consulting
We’ll spend a few minutes discussing your problem, what we can do to solve it, and more than likely we’ll provide you an estimate right over the phone after that We schedule most of our pickups and deliveries in the evenings. We’ll coordinate with your schedule to find a time that works best for you.
Pickup and Repair
Only by Appointment
We’ll arrive on-time, pickup your equipment, take care of some paperwork. During the repair process we’ll keep you updated on how things are going via email or to ask a question. Communication is a key part of our business.
Work Complete
Same Day Service Available
Typically within 72 hours or less we will finish working on your computer. We’ll email you an invoice and try to schedule a time for delivery of your “good as new” computer.
Delivery
Delivery and Setup Fee applies
We’ll schedule a time that works for you to return your computer. We’ll take a few minutes to answer any questions you might have, and collect any remaining balance due.
